Project title: Uaslp Stand for Guadalajara International Book Fair of 2019
Project details:
The stand to participate in the Guadalajara International Book Fair of 2019 was created under the premise of zero environmental impact, facing a great challenge as it was created to be portable, economical, attractive and light weight. In a minimum space of 3 x 6 meters build with a wooden structure in the shape of an arc, it was designed and entirety covered with white bond paper folded with the origami technique, i.e., all the paper had folds that made it totally compact and light as a feather. When arranged they generated a paper curtain with an optical texture illuminated with scenic LED lighting, it was transported in its entirety in a minimal box.
Studio Profile:
The identity process of the last decade of the Autonomous University of San Luís Potosí has been in charge of the Institutional Design and Promotion department, under the direction of Graphic designer Yanina Herrera, who led a talented group of designers to conceive and develop a multidisciplinary work that has left its mark on this institution.
